We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all our earplugs and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or sound reduction, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare Your Package
Place your Loop earplugs in their original carry case and secure them inside the original packaging or a small bubble mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
